Mr. GLOBAL, Documentary About Mino Tsuchida, the legendary face of GLOBAL Knives,Released on GLOBAL Cutlery USA’s New Website
(Rancho Dominguez, Calif., September 2017) GLOBAL Cutlery USA, manufacturer of stainless steel products made in Japan, released the documentary ‘Mr. GLOBAL’ about GLOBAL Knives legend Mino Tsuchida, affectionally called Mr. Global, on its new website.
‘Mr. GLOBAL’ tells the inspirational story about Tsuchida’s passion and perseverance that built one of the most iconic and preferred cutlery brands in the world, GLOBAL knives, preferred by professional chefs and home cooks over the last 30 years. The nearly 20 minute documentary features interviews with Tsuchida and the people who have worked with him from the beginning. Additionally, viewers receive exclusive behind the scenes footage of Tsuchida’s everyday life and the production of Global knives.
The production of ‘Mr. GLOBAL,’ was organized by Jesper Brund, President and CEO of SCANPAN USA Inc., the official U.S. distributor of GLOBAL knives. “I’ve known Mino for years and have had the pleasure of visiting him in Japan numerous times. I thought the life story and achievements of the man behind the brand would be a great story to share,” said Brund.
