Ingredients:

4 apples, diced

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon cornstarch

¼ cup water

1 egg, beaten

Puff pastry dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

1. Prep the Apples
